Pokemon firered and leaf green

Hey, i'm on 2 emulators on the same comp, and one is fire red and other is leaf green. I want to trade my pokemon. I have everything done, once i they say " please enter" both players go in and then the screen turns black and it says connection error, please check the system or somthing. Any help plz :)

I'm having the same problem. Two leaf green pokemon games on the same computer. Everything works fine until I have to choose a leader. Then several things can happen:

1. The second i choose leader, the screen turns black and asks me to turn it off and on.

2. Things works properly until the other player tries to join the group, then the leaders screen either turns black, freezes or he walks to the door, and then the screen turns black (without text sometimes). In addition, the joiner gets the message "pokemon trade! Awaiting other mebers!"

3. This has only happened once. Everything works fine, the walk towards the doors and everything seems fine. You're thinking "woohoo!", and then, WHAM! in your face: Black screens...

My guess is that the emulator is unstable, because a friend of mine made it work. Anyone got any ideas?

Which emulator are you using?

From my experience, No$GBA is the only emulator that efficiently allows you to do GBA connections, like pokemon trading. You may want to try that. :)

Give VBA Link a go to, see if that helps...
