Is there anyway to delete savegame files off memory card on EPSXE, because some games don't have a delete file button.

Two ways.

1. Try to run with BIOS ONLY using ePSXe. It will boot like normal Playstation console without inserting CD, and click on Memory Card.

2. Using an utility Aldos memorycard manager 1.3 which can be found from HERE (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/psxplugins-tools.html).
