NES roms ZELDA?

I know we cant tell where to get them but i tried to search for zelda roms and they say they have been restricted by the ESA? anyone have any ideas?

ESA stands for Entertainment Software Association. They're some sort of anti-piracy organization like the MPAA for movies and the RIAA for music.
