Persona 2 Camera problem

There's a strange problem I'm having with Persona 2. Sometimes, when loading a new area, like when I go down stairs or out a door, the camera will center on nothing in particular, making it very hard and annoying to walk around. Changing the camera angles doesn't help, either. It just gives me a new glitched view. Help please?

Uh...No...It's on PSXeven. O.o Wondering mostly if this is an ISO or a plug-in problem. I doubt a plug-in would cause something like THIS, but I'm hoping it's that.

It might be a plugin problem. I had a really bad camera angle using e}|{ playing
metal gear. What plug are using? Personally I use peopsoft v1.17 as it provides
the least amount of glitches.

O I read that as Persona 3.

Peops soft 16. I keep forgetting to get 17. :P It doesn't really matter now, though, if I save state before I leave a room or battle, I can just reload and it'll be fine. So, nevermind, sorry for wasting your time yet again.
