Desperatley seeking help for Direct 3d problem in dolphin

hello can someone please help me with te problem of the drect3d crashing in dolphin, im trying to play luigi's mansion but to no use. i have tried switching

color bits from 32 to 16 and vice versa and also downloaded direct x10 and
switching from HAL to REF all to no use can smebody help me pelase my

laptop properties is Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pi 1556 graphics by nVidia with a nividia chip type can somebody tell me if i can even play a GCN emulator on this laptop or should i just give up please help me i really wana play those gamecube games. thx.

PS: direct 3d is not availabe in the display option and i can not enable it dunno why n thx

I don't have much experiance with that particular emulator but I do with quite a few others. Try downloading different gpu plugins. Sometimes thats all that u need. My freind was having trouble getting final fantasy 7 to run on his computer and all I had to do was change the graphics plugin from a directx6 one to a 7
