Right click on My Network Places and select Properties. A window will appear showing the net adapters you have installed. Double click the net adapter you want to see the IP address and then select the Support tab.

And presto. It shows addess type, IP address, subnet mask and gateway.

Just go Start > Run... and type: cmd

When the dos promp opens type: ipconfig
