You cant, the answer to that is simple,NDs roms arent fully emulated,In other words their incomplete.....(only a few NDS roms work)

suihinng,

Here:

Now, load your game and you will have this:

http://i6.tinypic.com/5ylxoco.jpg

Now, go to OPTIONS>Emulation Setup

http://i6.tinypic.com/4mn3s45.jpg

Now, look at Reset/Startup Entrypoint

Go ahead and change GBA BIOS (Nintendo logo) to
Start Cartridge directly.

Next, Look at NDS Cartridge Backup Media

Go ahead and change to EEPROM 64kbytes

Now, click OK and go to OPTIONS>Save Options>File>Reset Cartridge

If your save type is wrong.. go back and change to correct save type and don't forgot to go to save options>file>reset cartridge every time, ok ? Enjoy!

Make sure you're selecting it from NDS Cartridge Backup Media, not from GBA's.
