A few days after the release of NO$GBA (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gba/nocashgba.html) that had multiplayer support now RascalBoy Advance gets it too! You can download the emulator and the plugin from here (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gba/rascalboy.html).
Please note that right now the only kind of emulation supported is on the same pc and not over the internet. Additionally you will need a strong pc if you plan to run multiple emulators at the same time.
