For some reason my controls for zsnes and virtual boy advance have become super sluggish(character wont move till you hold the button down a couple seconds, then keeps going in the same direction, action buttons slow to respond).this just started accoring recently and it really sucks
because i was really far in some really long games.the weird thing is my genesis emulator still works fine.any suggestions would be really helpful.

Maybe it's due to a video configuration. It happened to me in Tomb Raider 3 and I solved it by lowering the video quality (lower resolution and colour depth). It may also help if you disable triple buffering and vsync.

no dice. i just tried it on the visual boy and its still doing the same thing.i even tried downloading the latest zsnes to no avail.i dont think its my keyboard either because it works fine for everything else.arrgh! this is so frustrating.like i said the kega fuzion works like a charm but the snes and gba are crapping out.

Have you tried updating your video card drivers and DirectX?

Well i guess you were right. i figured out how too turn the video quality super low and my zsnes works now.still working on the visual boy though.good call man.its strange though because i always had both set to the highest and they never gave me problems, but then again there are multiple people using my computer so who knows.guess i have some system cleaning to do.anyways thanks for the advice:bow:

Try lower color quality to 16bit instead of 32bit to see what's happening.
