Need help With Gcos 1.2 and Smash bros speed up

The youtube vid looks fake. Judging by the erratic nature of the screen refresh shadows I would say its been edited frame by frame to give an impression of full speed. It doesn't show the game loading up, or anything else to confirm it is running on an emulator, just a snippet of gameplay that could even be the original playing on a TV. I'm almost 100% certain this is a hoax vid. If someone were going to post a vid showing full speed emulation, I guarantee they would include footage of them booting the emulator, and loading the rom etc.

If by some unlikely chance it is genuine, it could be that your PC specs aren't up to the job. Just because an emulator runs well on one PC doesn't necessarily mean it will run well on another as PC specs vary. GC emulation is still fairly preliminary with major issues so the likleyhood that this is genuine seems very slim indeed.

well a person has a comp with lower spec then me and when he tried that method it frames doubled. There is a lot of talk about the GCOS thing on other websites but i cant figure out why mine wont work right.
