Hello I'm new here and I wanted to ask a question about the Gamecube.
Now, what I want is to buy the console (Gamecube) and after, to be able to play downloaded from the PC games. But how does it happen.

I'm not familiar with this, but you need a modded GameCube to play backup copies, a 1.5 GB mini DVD, a DVD recorder and of course, a GameCube ISO. I don't know if the burning method/format is compatible with GameCube file system.

I think you can burn the games on a normal DVD, but you have to buy a custom case in order to play the and a modchip. I found this its another forum, but take a look at THIS (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/1/292668).

EDIT:
IT seems that Codejunkies has discontinued the Max Drive Pro from their site. This means it is no longer possible to buy the MDPro from them. I do not know where else you could buy them either. If anyone knows anywhere else where these are available, please post it and I will add it here. Until then, if you don't already have the Max Drive Pro, you are outta luck on this method. Sorry :(
EDIT2: It seems that the MAXDrivePro is now back in stock! So if you want to buy it than feel free. Please disregard the above edit.
EDIT3: It seems that the MDPro is out of stock and discontinued for good this time. Sorry for all who missed out. Maybe eBay or forum members will get tired or sell theirs.
Looks like you need a modchip anyway.

I dunno how stuff works in the US, but at least in my country (Venezuela) you can find modded GameCube for sale. Despite of being illegal, authorities don't care about it.
Modchips aren't cheap though, but you can play backup games with it. You just can't buy a modchip and plug it, you need to weld it, which means it needs professional assistance.
Where do you find it? That's up to you.

Well modchips are hard to find cuz they are illegal. In my country you can just give your console to a few services and in a day you got it back modded. It isn't much hard work.
Ontopic:I have no idea.
