I have two of my favorite games: "Saturday Night Slam Masters" and "Muscle Bomber Duo" but the two of them have some good and some bad things in them. Can I edit the games somehow to fuse their good things in one game??? And capcom really blew it with ring of destruction i only played it to see the end...

... by "fuse" you mean combine them into one game?

The only way you can do that is by codeing your own game. Or as I far as I know that's the only possible way. Maby there is a later... or other game that combines these things that you like.

Yes I did mean combine them, and tell me what program should I use to code them, I've been searching all day for a sollution and nothing important came up...

High likely that they will not help you but tell you where to study it on your own. I know it can sound mean because I went there and I have to figure it out nor learn it on my own through google search. Romhacking people is not always helpful because they hate n00bs that do not know nothing about hacking. :(

Ok, yes you can hack roms and change sprite.. Maybe even change some game play. But you're not going to make a game work buy combing anything? Think of it this way...

You build a system,
then you write a GDK(development kit)
Then you interface with this kit and write software.
then you compile . (make it ones and zeros)

at this point you can play it on a console..

now emulation. ( I won get in to all the ways it can be done) but take mame for example.
First you dump the complied data. then you revere engineer it (in most cases).. I think mame is a driver base emulation where you emulate each came be creating a set of rules for it. And then you interface with the computer hardware and produce what we call emulation. Ok that is the short of it trust me..

- if you mean changing the graphics or looks you may be in luck. But if you are talking about making a game work that has bad sound buy taking the sound from another game, forget about it my friend wont fly...
