FTP HELP

I have connected the cross over cables. When I use the FTX is say that it (No Route to Host). When I use internet Explower, connection with server could not be established. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

Wait a sec. What is FTX? Do you mean FTP? Are you running a hacked dashboard off a CD? If not, its not going to work if you are using my method in that other topic.
