Cant emty recycle bin

I deleted some movies that were in one file it equaled-3.99gigs. But when i tried to empty the recycle bin it said ae you sure you want to delet windows.I said fxck it and hit yes, but it said cant delete{movie name}. When i try to open the R.B. yhere are no files in it.

So if anyone can tell me how to delete the files I really need that space until i get a new HDD. Thank you for any help.

Where The files bigger then your Recylce bin individually?

the files individually were between 175-800mbs.
