Alright found a decent emulater " dreamu " and ive been trying to find a jet grind radio rom for abotu 2 hours, i found 1, But its a .mds and .mdf files
and the dreamu requires them to be .bin what can i do ?

Mount the .mds/.mdf with Daemon-Tools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc).

Try nulldc or chankast but nulldc is better than chankast. dreamu dont run the games.
