Firefox Version 2.0.0.6 Help

I'm trying to download a 3 GIG file but I can not do it in one day. If I stop Firefox and start it the next day I louse all that I got from last night so is there a plugin that will let me continue From the last time that I was on. Thanks in advance !!!

You can use FlashGot (http://flashgot.net) along with a download manager that supports it such as FlashGet (http://www.flashget.com/en/download.htm).

Try looking up a torrent of the file u want to download and download the torrent using a torrent client( like Azureus, Bittorrent, uTorrent......).
