Well,I just downloaded MAME,and I'm confused at this point,now,what am I supposed to do to get this working from here?

Well, you need ROMs (don't ask where to get them) and it needs to be run from command line.

since your new to mame, i recomend you rather give mame32 a go. its alot easyer to use. also some roms require a bios.
