How do I add the strikers 1945 rom I downloaded to the list for roms in kawaks emulator? Ty in advance

Download Strikers 1945 ROM and place it into 'Roms' folder. After that, start the winkawaks and hit rescan whether it can detect the game or not.

What is the actual name of the rom zip file you downloaded and what size was it?.

That's Neogeo games. Enable Neogeo rom on the list then rescan your folder.

You forgot something. You need neogeo.zip and that is bios for this neogeo games. The neogeo games require neogeo bios so find neogeo.zip and put it in the roms folder. Now, scan it again. :)

No problem. I am glad to do it. If you need anything that you have a problem. Let me know. I have many emulators that I know how to run them expect pcsx2 because my computer is a crap for this emulator, lol. ;)
