i've been playing pokemon fire-red on vba for a day now and it was all good until i finished elite 4. after elite 4, the credits would roll and after that the game would reset. the credits did roll but there was no reset. after the 'the end' it was just a black screen. i waited and waited but nothing.

anybody?

maybe it's a rom error

Get a clean Rom, though I've been hearing this occur since Emerald.

Patch the rom with the .IPS file that is in the same zip file with the rom.

you can get a program called .ipswin
