Alright, I hope I'm not posting a stupid question, because it is very evident that Mario Paint is ESA Protected or something, and it is therefore difficult (or impossible) to download the rom.

Well there's my question: Is it possible? Does it exist? If its possible, please hook me up with some links!!

I have old school ZSnes. Should I get something different?

What's wrong with you ? Read the rules before you register because it told you that link to the roms is illegal. Use the google.com yourself. :) Yes, it exist!!! You can do it! :D

Well, now the guy/girl knows downloading a ROM is illegal, but let's answer his/her other questions.

Is it protected? No.
Impossible or difficult? No.
Does it exist? Yes.
Links? Absolutely no.

Mario Paint uses a mouse as device and ZSNES has mouse support.
