Why don't you test the games yourself ?

The best ds emulator:

no$gba 2.4c

The good ds emulator:

iDeaS 1.0.1.7a

The improvement ds emulator:

Desmume 0.7.0

The not bad ds emulator:

NeonDS 0.1.0

Odd how I think that the No$GBA 2.4b is a lot better compared to it's predecessor.

2.4b and 2.4c are almost familiars. If you read no$gba's site.. No games are being improvement in 2.4c version yet so that's not important. I am telling you what's the best emulator, that's all. :)
