PSP ISOS rename

Hi , i downloaded some .exe ISOS of PSP and the sit says just rename .exe to .cso

If anyone knows how to rename .exe ISOS to real name files of ISO please tell me not only to cso just tell me every possible thing to try any other file extension which i could change .exe files
