Problem with Pokemon Pearl

Okay im using No$GBA emulator right now,Whenever i play Pokemon pearl the speed is great when im inside a building or in a battle etc.

But its really slow when im outside..Why!?

Its really annoying and can someone help me?

Nintendo DS emulation is not perfect yet.

And it also depends somewhat on the type of PC you have and configurations st for the Emulator. I have Duo Core processor and it rapes DS Emulation compared to what I've seen on other people's PC.
