Help with ripkits

I have tried various RipKIts for different games,I always read the Readme, but the result is always the same.The .iso that the RipKit makes is always 0kb. Ive made sure its the right game and every thing nothing works. Thanks for any help:(

Ive looked everywhere are you sure its for psp games.I have UMDgen
