I was wondering if an iso loader could be used on a computer. Will it work?

Wht is it your trying to load?

If its a PC image then try a program such as Daemon Tools.

Theres no way to run a ps3 dump at the moment. Maybe on the PS3 in the future.

As for running a PS3 game on a PC, no chance.
