PC Multitap?

Hi, not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I have a generic Radioshack PS to USB controller adapter and want to be able to use multiple controllers for multiplayer. Does anybody know if a PS multitap will work plugged into the adapter, or should I just by more adapters for additional controllers? Hope this wasnt too confusing. All help is appreciated :)

no it wouldnt work because the ps to usb controller adapter drivers would only install drivers for a ps controller and not for a mutitap there might be some edited drivers out there that let you do that though
