Hello,
I've just gotten pokemon diamond on the No$gba emulator (also nds) to work on my pc and it was going too fast, so i adjusted the Emulation Speed/LCD refresh, so it worked fine. But once i go outside it goed really slow, and adjusting doesn't help, it even makes it just kills the program sometimes. Do you know wat to do ?
Thanks

No, there is nothing you can do about it. It was already answered. The speed is an issue that this emulator is still in development. You will have to wait for it to improvement the speed in the future. The best you can do is read the changelog and see if the speed in it is improvement or not. If it is not in its list then it is not improvement yet. Please wait in the near future.

After adjusting a few more things, the game works good enough for me, but when i enter a fight ( the very first, or a second fight in de grass) and i attack, and other pokemon is almost dead, at that point, the game just stops, the music is still playing, but it's almost like its on pause or something. Is this also a problem, or can this be fixed?

What emulator ? no$gba 2.4c can play this game just fine but sometimes the speed is slow and sometimes speed is good however it is still fully playable for no$gba 2.4c. If your have a problem then there is no way to be fixed until the emulator developer release the next one or so.

yeah, i'm playing it with no$gba 2.4c , but it still happens. I've turned sound etc off, for more speed. I'll just try again.
And is there a save state function on the no$gba 2.4c emu ? just like on the visualboy advance

maybe it's the rom that i am playing with. Are you allowed to give me a link to a good rom, or a site which has the good rom?

Could be but you will need to show the screenshot for sure. I know this game is fully playable as far as it goes on 2.4c.

Yes, it's working only for gba roms but for nds roms will be possible in the future but not right now. :)

ohke, thanks. Well i'm playing P pearl now, different rom, i'm hoping this does work
Ok, i know, i've got lots of questions. Another one. If i play pokemon pearl, i can save etc just fine, when i reset the emulator, it recongnizes the saved game, but when i press it, the screen goed black, nothing happens.
Now i was playing this al with something i downloaded. It said, pokemon fully emulated. and it worked there, there were some other files added like a firmware. Because when i put the no$gba 2.4c in a new folder, and i also put pokemon pearl in that same folder, and i start up pokemon. The game says ''data could not be read, Please turn off the power, then remove en reinsert the DS game card'' . What do i need to do ?
well, i found out why the game stopped after the first or second fight, it was because a dying pokemon makes a certain sound, and i had the sound turned off, so sometimes it stops.

No. This emulator I am using is 2.4c:
I will do it for you. Yes, see ? You need to set it to 512kbytes and yes, it is clean rom and unpatch and the save did work! Boy, am I right! :D

I exit this emulator and open it and here it is and it's working:

I do not know. If it is work for you after you exit no$gba and load it up without a problem then I do not see any problem with that. I am using my savetype version because of this cart's size. :)

Um, usually don't you have to decrypt or encrypt both the Rom file in order for it to become updated for the latest patch?

what do you mean ?

I remember reading somewhere that the reason why so many people were unable to actually load their saved games was because they didn't decrypt the ROM files or something first before saving. I'm not sure if I've worded it correctly.

yeah, i thought that only happened in versions before 2.4c. Not sure. But it's still working here, after a full day. I'm so happy :P . Now the wait begins for more speed. but i can live with this

No, it doesn't matter which but you must never have to patch it at all. Mine is clean and unpatch and I use either way encrypted or decrypted. Works fine for me.

I dunno where else to post this, so I'll ask it here. I got the No$GBA emulator to do the multiplayer with Pokemon Diamond on one and Pearl on the other. However, without sound enabled you cannot complete a battle because for some reason the emulator -has- to play the pokemon's cry when it faints. I am trying to get the Pearl character to a point where I can trade with my Diamond to get my Kadabra to evolve, but Pearl is stuck in the first battle because the sound of the stupid Pokemon cannot play with sound disabled on the second emulator, and I cannot find an option to enable the sound on that channel.
Also, my roomate is playing Pearl on his comp and sent me his save to try to trade that way in the second emulator, but the second emulator will not recognize that there is a save for Pearl in the Battery folder. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue? Sorry for the huuuuge post btw. :/

to use his save, you have to rename it like the original i thought, and place it in the BATTERY folder. And to turn the sound on you need to look at emulation options, and there you have 2 sound ''switches'' one is for quality, and one for mono stereo or nothing, currently it must be on nothing, so turn that on to mono or stereo

No, no, I know about how to turn on the sound for the first emulator, not the second that opens. Without it active for both emulators I cannot play Diamond or Pearl on the second Emulator window. And I have his save labled as the original, it opens on the first window, but neither mine nor his will open on the second window and I don't know why. I saved a game on the second window and it was named the same thing as what I renamed his save to, and it didn't work that way.

Read the changelog:
(*) no$gba/wifi can send/receive packets, commercial programs are still getting stuck somewhere in transmission. For example, with pictochat, slave machine(s) are realizing when a master machine is creating a chat room, but the slaves aren't sending response packets to the master. Probably due to some still undiscovered status/control bits. I've added a bunch of new info about wifi hardware in no$gba help text (debug version). Additional info on the missing bits and bytes would be very welcome!

Um, sorry to be a noob, but what do I do to activate all of this packet sending stuff? I have no idea what this is all about cause I'm not a programmer, its all just techno jargon to me...sorry :(.

That's mean it is not finish so you will have to wait for the developer to development it some more. What you can do is just ignore it and wait for the next version or maybe in a year! :)

Look... I didn't know where to put this but I have 2 questions:
1. Can you use pal park in pkmn D/P on no$gba or on any NDS emulator? If you can, then how??
2. How can you trade between P/D??? I have no$gba v. 2.5c
Thanx:)

1. I have no idea what you are talk about. I am not fan of Pokemon at all.
2. No, not yet. Wi-Fi is not fully emulated yet.
