HELP WITH SEGA CD!

i downloaded gens 2.11 i put all proper bios im trying to run sonic the hedghoge
starts up fine then it says ram cartridge is not initiliazed use option screen to initialize ram cartridge how can i initialize it please someone help.:(

After you open the ISO, and you are on the Sega CD bios screen press the C button. This will thke you to a CD player where you can listen to tracks. Select option, and then you can format the Sega CD drives. Reboot the game and it should work.
