Graphics - P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.17
Sound - Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41
CD-Rom - ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.
Bios - scph1001.bin

How do i know if i downloaded an incorrect bios?? - ePSXe won't work at all

This may sound daft but try leaving it for 1 min when you run the ISO. On my comp Vandal Hearts goes completely black then my desktop appears and a about 10 secs later the game comes up.

Go to the graphics plugin settings - make sure the frame rate limiter is turned ON.

Half whatever it is set at then increase/decrease depending on the speed

ok fixed the speed but i want it to be full screen but its more like 75% full screen

Seriously man read the manual or take a guess. It's something to do with the screen so is that Video, Sound or CD-Rom?

Pick which one you think and go to the configuration screen and bingo
