I downloaded the rom and is only some 2 or 3MB big, plus is not yet working. My question is do this game use CHD to run too..BC i don't think that the rom for this game is only 2 or 3MB big.:excl::o

The game is for the Sega NAOMI system, which is not emulated yet.

No, small file mean it is rom and you will need large file such as .chd but this is not playable right now. They add it anyway and it will be playable in the future but not at anytime sooner. Maybe anytime from now to 5 years later at least. :)

No.. .CHD is like .ISO, ok ? YOu must have one rom and one .CHD for this game to work but it is not emulate yet so they are still work on many things to improvement so do not expect this to work until they announce it first. :)
Edit: The same for CPS3 is chd and rom and they announce it as playable so they will do the same for this game in the future.

SF3 can be played without .chd, so what's the benefit of adding .chd on SF3 ?

You will be surprise. I use roms and .chd because it is better than without a .chd.

The explanation of the NoCD is simple.
CPS3 boards have a group of SIMMS with FlashROMS (2 of program, of a face, 8MB each one, and 5 of graphics, of double slide, 16MB each one).
When you take a CPS3 with a new game (cartridge+CD) the first time says to you that the game has changed, if you want to load it in the board. what does then is to take the archives of the CD and to program them in flashroms (archives 10 and 20 to those of program, and 30,31 to the ROM of gfx 1, 40,41 to the 2,… except archives 90,91,92 and 93 that are BMPs that it loads to show the logo of capcom and the title of the game while it load. This operation lasts about 30 minutes and once finished the CD no longer it uses it to read. The only thing that does is to verify that you have the correct CD when starting, and blocks the tray so that you cannot remove it. So the NoCD way which does is that the bios do not verify the CD, that single it verifies if the loaded game this in roms and already forgets.
