So yeah I just wanted to know if visual boy advance is free or not? I sound really stupid,but I know nothnig about it, and I wanted to try it, well thanks for the help if any.

Of course it's free. Anywhere where it's saying that you have to pay for it is basically scamming you for the hell out of it. :)

Yeah, it is free but if you pack your emulator with many roms on the cd and sell for your profits then you will go to JAIL! Really. :dry:

Keep it to yourself and yourself to enjoy and sell something like that is a criminal and heartless people. It's free, period. :)
