Help: Sheep, Dog, and Wolf stuck

I can't get Sheep, Dog, and Wolf past the main title screen on EPSXE 1.6. It just gets stuck there. I switch over to the 7502 bios but still no go. Does anyone have a config that works. Help!

Try an older version of ePSXe and SCPH1001.
