Yes Strider 2(USA 991213)[strider2] works but it has some trouble.

Video emulation isn't 100% accurate.

Sound emulation isn't 100% accurate.

I Download the game but when I run the game it says Loading and then nothing happens. I dont know if I did something wrong or if I'm just missing something to make the game run I all so have the same problem with Rival Schools?

I think you need a BIOS for that game to run.
