Can this emulator fastforward the game faster like VBA did and am i the only one who experiences pokemon diamond to be really laggy everywhere except when ur in houses and battles?

Thats just how it is. It depends on the game right now. No$gba is still in the making so all we can do is wait for a really good version is released.
