project 64 emulator has faild me or i have faild it

I just bought a new westinghouse 19" lcd monitor, everything works fine other than my project 64. I've tried everything I know to do, I've adjusted my resolution a thousand different ways , Ive tried reseting everything to default, i made sure i had the most resent version, i tried using a different program (1964), I had my best friend who has a degree in comp. sci. try to get it to work, all to no avail, the only thing i think that could be wrong is im using an older ati graphics card that still has only avi outputs running to a brand new lcd monitor, i am hoping that is not it, and its fixable, please if you have any thoughts, throw them my way

Well, what error messages do you get?

ahhh good point i didnt say what was wrong, i cant see the whole screen, depending on my resolution is what part of the screen im missing

Try reinstalling the emulator. (or change all the settings back to default)
Also, can you post some pics of the emulator playing?

I agree. Remove PJ64 and all the stuff that goes with it and do a fresh install.

That also means to do a registry clean up.

it worked, i wiped it clean and reinstalled it and everything is working fine, thanx for all your help, its much appreciated, i owe hours of game play to you guys
