X64 SPEED

Hi,

I use a c64 VICE emulator v1.10 and it works fine on 2 of my computers but on 2 others it runs too fast. So fast that everything 's just a blur and sound is unrecognizable. I even set refresh rate to 1/10 and max speed to 10% with no warp. speed clocks in at about 1140% at 288 fps! Help pls. Or can anyone point me to a better c64 emulator.

Ok got it. I have an old old old version.
