Since my 6600gt bit the dust awhile back my Vice emu has been running way too fast. Its like its in constant warp mode. I remember having this issue a long time ago but don't remember how I fixed it. Anyone have any ideas?

In your WinVice folder there should be a text file called WinVice ini. Delete it, then restart the emulator and set your parameters up again. Should fix the issue.

I tried that first actually. No luck. I tried setting the affinity to one core or the other but that didn't help either.

This is odd. I downloaded another copy and ran it once. Now the original one works. I'm going to pretend I did something amazing to fix it and just go with it.
Thanks for the response. |
