Problems with RIN GB/GBA emu for psp

Hey im having a problem with RIN, an emultor for the psp that runs GB/GBC games. I have put the program o my psp but when i try to run it it says the data is corrupted. (I am new to the whole emulator concept so please excuse my ignornace.)

In order to use this, a v1.0/v1.5 PSP is required

Make a folder on your memory stick called /PSP/GAME/RIN
Place the EBOOT.PBP file into the same folder
Please place ROMs in any folder you like
(ZIP, GZIP supported)

I followed the instructions but it did not work.

Is it because i do not have any ROM's on my psp?
If so, how do i put ROM's on my psp?

What firmware version is your PSP?

Settings>System Settings>System Information
