    Welcome. There are many ways to create videos for YouTube. Some emulators have an in-built video recording system such as VisualBoyAdvance. you can also try Fraps.

    Welcome. I suggest you to use Finalburn Alpha emulator if you make cps1, cps2, neo geo videos.

    emulation is still a very windows os thing.. only a few emulators have been ported to macs. FRAPs only supports windows

    A Mame variant called Buddamame has inbuilt support for capturing in-game vids using Mame Moviemaker.
