Are the system requirements for this quite high or something? I try to load a game but it just sits there and says "running...." for the longest time. The laptop I'm using has a 1ghz processor, 256mb of ram and a geforce 2go card....yea it's not great but I would figure it would be able to run the emulator with little to no problems.
If there is another Jaguar emulator out there that may work and supports plenty of games maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks. |

You should know that not all games can be played with the emulators.
Compability of Virtual Jaguar with games : >CLICK HERE!< Alternatively you can try Project Tempest if you want.

There are only the two emulators that run anything commercial.
VJ is higher for compatibility, but needs a more powerful machine; your laptop won't cut it. Project Tempest isn't as high for compatibility, but you'll likely be able to run Tempest 2000 half-decently on your laptop. Neither emulator runs more than about 40% of the commercially released ROMs. |
