http://www.zophar.net/utilities/psf.html will let you play it in win amp, then you can use an mp3 out to get it in mp3. may take some doing.

but i dont know how to convert the psf file to mp3 file

How do you convert PSF to WAV, MP3, OGG, etc.?

You can use Winamp 2's DiskWriter feature to do this. Go to the Preferences dialog, select "Output" under "Plug-ins", and select "Nullsoft Disk Writer".
