How can i play MGS: Twin Snakes in PC with Dolphin..

Im a big MGS fan. I wanna play MGS: Twin Snakes in PC, i downloaded Dolphin, but i dont know how can i setup and play. Can anyone help me for playing MGS: Twin Snakes(how can i setup dolphin, how can i download twin snakes in dolphin, etc)..

I can understand english but i cant write..

How many times do we have to tell the new members that CURRENT GEN CONSOLES CANNOT BE EMULATED AT A PLAYABLE STATUS!

These consoles are:

• Nintendo GameCube.
• Microsoft Xbox - The only playable game is Turok 4.
• Nintendo DualScreen (DS).
• Sony PlayStation 2.
• Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP).

Current hardware isn't powerful enough to emulate them OR they're just into their very early development.
