Battery Backups and GBA games?

I have a PokemonFR and when I load it in VBA it says that the 1m sub-circuit board isn't installed

?!?! What does that mean and can i use the save function?

EDIT: Its OK now, just changed it from 64k Flash to 128k flash.

Just a another quick question- can i use my FR save and that in Pokemon Stadium 2 in an emulator?

I don't think you can because FR is a GBA game. Im almost sure pokemon stadium 2 can only tranfer pokemon through gameboy color games.

i tried changing to 128k flash but it still says 1m sub-circuit board isn't installed nd i still can't save? do u ny thing dat can help me wit dis?
