Burning ROMS to CD???

I have attempted to burn my ROMs to CD. The question is 1) can I burn them to CD and 2) Can I play them from the CD and finally 3) How?

I burned files to disc but am unable to play them. Any suggestions?

But what are you trying to do? Run the CD from PC or console?

From PC. I just don't want to have to store all those files on my HD

In that case, yes, you can. Just load your games by browsing your CD-ROM drive, but make sure to assign a save directory into your hard drive. It can be configured via emulator.
