i need helpin dolwin emulator fast!!!!!!!

i downloaded the game super smash bros melee and started the progrem and when i clicked on the gcm file it loaded the files and showed me only a gray window. someone know what is the problem, it seems to be working while i cant see nothing but a gray window......although i cant hear a thing also.
