Does anyone know where to find a sega saturn emulator that lets you play sega saturn cds off your computer? you know, instead of downloading roms.

Try all of them to see which one runs better on your PC.
I would recommend Saturne.
Don't except many games to run at full speed though.

Hi, I have NO idea how to run my SHining force 3 CD on my computer. I downloaded the Satourne like you said, but now what do I do? I can play the shining force 3 game on the computer right? (I have the actual sega saturn CD) ge tback to me ASAP thanks!

I think that SF3 doesn't run on any emulator.

every saturn emulator i've tried refuses to work for me... either crashes before i try to do anything with it, or won't load the game at all, or loads the game but fails to properly display the game

the point is not find a saturn emu(there r many of them), the point is make it work...Can't do it anybody.
Also, u must have WORKING rom, and compatible...
I mean the whole think is a great SH**
