Default General Problem with ALL PS1 Emulators

Hey everyone. First time poster, long time emulator user.

    I'm in a bit of a situation.

Whenever I use a new PS1 emulator (I've tried ePSXe, pSX, adriPS[dunno if I'm right about this name], etc.), they all work the first time I play them.

But when I exit and want to go back in, all of them have the urge of telling me there's no BIOS in the bios folder, when there IS.

I'm at my wits end. It seems nobody has run into this problem, since I've never seen on any other emulation forum for help on this type of problem.

    My comp specs are:
    Pentium III 450mhz
    192 megabytes of RAM
I'm not too sure about my video card though... Matrox Mellenium G200 AGP?

I hope this all helps... As it's seen, my comp is old... 98 old.
