HELP, GS PLUGIN PROB

Hi, fine you clicked my thread, this is my problem.
My emulator is normaly equiped with bios and others.
But once i execute my emulator, i hear the CD move but,
there comes a box with: ERRoR: opening GS plugin
For some reason i havn't found a solution, i heard some other
people talk about it, but there was never a solution in the thread.

I guess you need a good video card to use pixel shader 2 & 3
