ePSXe driver for Windows XP

Hello everyone. I am new to the site and I am already having problems. I am trying to find a BIOS driver for the ePSXe emulator that I just downloaded. I need the scph1001.bin driver for the emulator. The only drivers of this type I can find are for Windows 95 and 98. I am running Windows XP. Will they still work, or do I need to find one for the XP. If so, where can I find one? Your help would be appreciated.

Well, first of all, a BIOS is not a driver. Second, you can't ask for illegal files here. Use Google for reference.
