which nes emulator is best

i have a question i want to get a snes emulator but dont know which one to get so im asking if you guys can give me an opinion of which 1 to get

ZSNES is my (and many others) no.1 Snes emu.

Snes9x is loved by some...

You should go for ZSNES

It's the best SNES emu. I haven't had one problem with it.

Zsnes is better and more frequently updated. Snes9x is perhaps a bit easier to use and has a standard Windows GUI. I go for Zsnes, though.

ZSNES GUI is outdated but I don't care as long as the emu works perfect.
I can't get smooth framerates in Snes9x.
